Servo Control for the TFO Twister
The servo control for the TFO twister is very important in today's textile production; it offers very high efficiency, accuracy, and steadiness. It has three separate motors:
Major Spindle Motor A:
This motor is at the core of the twisting process, it provides powerful and stable torque. Consistent twist per meter (TPM) at high speed for the twisting process has been ensured by this motor.
Normal operation and accompanying phases like startup and stopping of yarn twisting are facilitated by this motor with precise and uniform yarn twist.
Winding Drive Motor B:
It controls yarn winding on the one hand ensuring even winding tension at different speeds. It also ensures compactness during winding is very consistent.
In turn reducing yarn breakage and fuzz, it greatly improves yarn quality, creating a strong base for the next textile steps.
Traverse Drive Servo Motor C:
In charge of controlling side-to-side yarn movement as it winds.
Its exact control makes sure that the yarn layers evenly on the package, stopping overlapping or spreading out which improves the final package quality and cuts downstream problems.
PLC Control System
A PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) located in the electrical control cabinet takes centralized control of all motor functions. The motors are related in such a way that they maintain a constant speed ratio and thus provide consistent TPM throughout machine start-up, operation, and shutdown. This, in turn, ensures very high yarn quality and reduces variation in the product caused by instability during operation while improving production efficiency.
