The complete setup comprises of metallic framework, body wall plates, brushing rollers, pressing rollers, electrical control apparatus and many other parts.

Metallic Framework: It is made up of commercial steel, fabric tensioning and transport devices. It is about 4 meters in height and allows easy unfolding of fabrics.

• Body Wall Plates: They are made of stressrelieved boxtype iron. This material can keep its accuracy for a long time in use by absorbing the vibrations. It ensures the efficiency of high-speed brushing machines.

• Brushing Rollers: 18 rollers made of steel, covered with sandpaper. The diameter is 176 millimeters, made it with threebalance technology and precision G6.3 at 1200 RPM, and each roller is driven by an 11 kW motor.

• Pressing Rollers: For each brushing roller, the fabric pick-up has a corresponding pressing roller to stabilize the pressing action on both sides at the same time.

• Fabric In/Out Driving Components: Consists of a set of rollers arranged in an “S” shape.

• Electrical System: Variable frequency technology is used for the main drive and designed for ease of operation. Series inverter technology is used for the inverter.

• Fabric Discharge Area: Uses normal type of discharge roller, which is run by the fabric output motor reducer via chain transmission. The swinging roller is driven separately by a 0.75 kW motor reducer.

• Installation and Adjustment: Set up the machine in a flat, dry place. Build the ground using the double-pour method, secure foundation bolts tightly and make sure the machine is level.

• Needs by Customers: This covers a squeezed air source, power supply, pipes joining to the blowing fan, dust collecting bags, some electric wires, and base building.
